It is a matter of justice...
Many would agree with us when we state that the Law and Justice are not the same.
Justice looks beyond the law, it looks deep into the concepts of freedom, morality and reason. As human beings we have been given the capacity for reasoning and that capacity allows us to distinguish between what is right and wrong, also allow us to state logical questions about our reality...
In the case of the deportation case that we are dealing with in this blog... The allegation presented by the Minister of Public Safety as a base for deportation simply shows, that for many years, the Judicial system has been making decisions to deport people based on bias information concerning the Salvadoran reality.... those decisions contradicts what it is know publicly the Canadian Government recognizes FMLN as a democratically elected government; otherwise it wouldn't have diplomatic relations with.... This contradiction needs to be solved if justice is to be served....

Es un asunto de Justicia...
Muchos estaran de acuerdo que la Ley y la Justicia no son lo mismo!
La JUSTICIA va más alla de la Ley, profundiza en los conceptos de Libertad, Moralidad y Razón. Como seres humanos hemos sido dotados de la capacidad de razonamiento que nos permite distinguir entre el mal y el bien, además de hacernos cuestionamientos lógicos sobre nuestra realidad...
En el caso de deportación que discutimos en este bloque. La alegación presentada por el Ministro de Seguridad Publica como base para deportación simplemente muestra que por muchos años, el sistema judicial ha estado tomando decisiones de deportación, basadas en información prejudiciada concerniente a la realidad Salvadoreña... esas deciciones contradicen el hecho que el Gobierno Canadiense publicamente reconoce al Gobierno del FMLN como electo domocraticamente. De otra manera no existirian Relaciones diplomaticas... Esta contadicción necesita ser aclarada en aras de la Justicia...
