La Ley C-31 fue introducida al parlamento por el ministro de inmigracion de Canada en Febrero de este ano. Dicha ley constituye reformas a la presente ley de inmigracion e incluye conceptos que incrementarian grandemente la violacion de los derechos humanos de inmigrantes en Canada, ademas de ser contrarios a las obligaciones legales del gobierno Canadiense con respecto a los derechos humanos...

Invite the Community to the realization of the Information Forum about Bill C-31!

Bill C-31 was tabled in parliament by the Minister of Immigration last February. This Bill is a reform to the present immigration Law which includes concepts that would violate the human rights of immigrants in Canada. It is also at odds with Canada's international obligations with respect to human rights!
