Canada has been known for many years for its tradition to offer protection to people who have been forced to seek protection against persecution and danger in their homeland! The Figueroa Family is being affected by the immigration laws that have been adopted, by Section 34.1 of the I.R.P.A. to be specific.
This blog has been created with the objective to become a link among the community who still believe in Canada's Tradition and search for alternatives that would allow to make a difference for the defense of individual rights!

Bienvenue FMLN.wmv
As a response to the "We are Campaign" ... Sigfrido Reyes, Vice-President of the National Assembly in El Salvador, and Fredy Tejada, FMLN member of PARLACEN (Central American Parliament), have asked the organizers of the "We are Jose" Campaign to have their names added to the list of sponsors.
We are welcoming them, with the hope that after them we will have the support of the Salvadoran Government in defense of unfunded allegations against the FMLN, that lead to the issuing of a deportation order Against Jose Figueroa...
We are confident that the Canadian Government will do what is right and avoid the continuation of the hardship that has been impossed for over 13 years to the Figueroa Family.... That they will be able to remedy for the mistakes that have been done on this case...
