Welcome to the Figueroa's immigration ordeal!!!

Canada has been known for many years for its tradition to offer protection to people who have been forced to seek protection against persecution and danger in their homeland! The Figueroa Family is being affected by the immigration laws that have been adopted, by Section 34.1 of the I.R.P.A. to be specific.

This blog has been created with the objective to become a link among the community who still believe in Canada's Tradition and search for alternatives that would allow to make a difference for the defense of individual rights!

We thank you before hand for your opinion and suggestions so that a solution is found!

In behalf of the Figueroa Family and many others whose rights are being affected ... Thanks for your Support!

We are Jose!

As a Christian I don't believe in death without resurrection

Archbishop Romero was and still is the voice of the voice....  The main arguments on the defense were taken from the many messages that Archbishop Romero left to all salvadorans and to the world as a legacy of wisdom and faith, his voice his messages became a guide in the gathering of evidence to prove that the allegations presented by the Canadian Government in the admissibility hearing have not basis...

He once said...

As a Christian I don't believe in death without resurrection, if they kill me I will live in the struggle of my people...   For more than 30 years those words have been proven true...  And gives us faith that pretty soon we will be able to see some justice ...

Help us reverse the deportation order by knowing more about the Salvadoran Reality, so that you can reach to well funded conclusions and opinions, then get involved in the many simple activites with which you can help...

If Salvadoran stood against Tyranny and Repression!!

We can stand for justice and human rights!!!
