Welcome to the Figueroa's immigration ordeal!!!

Canada has been known for many years for its tradition to offer protection to people who have been forced to seek protection against persecution and danger in their homeland! The Figueroa Family is being affected by the immigration laws that have been adopted, by Section 34.1 of the I.R.P.A. to be specific.

This blog has been created with the objective to become a link among the community who still believe in Canada's Tradition and search for alternatives that would allow to make a difference for the defense of individual rights!

We thank you before hand for your opinion and suggestions so that a solution is found!

In behalf of the Figueroa Family and many others whose rights are being affected ... Thanks for your Support!

We are Jose!

Today the people of El Salvador celebrates another year of the massacre of Indians by the military dictatorship of Maximiliano Martinez.

We can not speak of this without having a historical review of the past ...

As in 1932, during the decade of the 80's Our Salvadoran people were facing a dictatorship that death squads used to oppress our people.

The popular movement has exhausted all means in search of social justice, and people had no other choice but to defend against oppression and tyranny.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights gives people the right to rebel against repression and tyranny ... and that was precisely what made our people together with the FMLN. That right can not be characterized as terrorism.

Without the right to revolt doomed people suffering social injustices.

Today we call them to reflect on this aspect of El Salvador, to help them understand our roots, and decide whether the struggles of the Salvadoran people are right or not.
