Welcome to the Figueroa's immigration ordeal!!!

Canada has been known for many years for its tradition to offer protection to people who have been forced to seek protection against persecution and danger in their homeland! The Figueroa Family is being affected by the immigration laws that have been adopted, by Section 34.1 of the I.R.P.A. to be specific.

This blog has been created with the objective to become a link among the community who still believe in Canada's Tradition and search for alternatives that would allow to make a difference for the defense of individual rights!

We thank you before hand for your opinion and suggestions so that a solution is found!

In behalf of the Figueroa Family and many others whose rights are being affected ... Thanks for your Support!

We are Jose!

The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.

Certainly, all immigrants in Canada, could had come on different boats .... but we ended up on the same boat... after all...

My family have been patiently waiting for a decision on our case for over 13 years!!!

We know that there are more good people than bad people not only in Canada but around the world!

On March 18th 201o even if we have to hike from Langley BC to Ottawa, my son and I will start a trip to deliver a letter to Prime Minister Stephen Harper's office, as well to the Minister of Public Safety, Vic Toews and Minister of Immigration, Jason Kenney.

We know that according to statistics it could take the minister 7 to 9 years to decide on a ministerial relief application... My family has already been living under conditions of slavery for all this time... and we need your help to remedy this situation...!

We trust that no more families have to undergo what my family has for the past 13 years.... You can make a difference...

Please contact us through.... wearejosetour@gmail.com or directly at jfigueroa@shaw.ca

We are looking for sponsors for the trip...!

Thanks, and God bless you all!

We are Jose
