It has been just less than a year many more people are coming to understand more about the problems that the Immigration Law has caused The Figueroa,
Jose Figueroa and family have been living in Canada for over 14 years now. They are the proud parents of 3 Canadian children.
The Immigration Division issued a deportation order on May 5th 2010.
In the deportation order the adjudicator argued that Jose is inadmissible into Canada for he had been a member of the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front (FMLN) from El Salvador. According to the Canadian Legislation FMLN is an organization that committed acts of terror.
This is a wrong categorization that stresses a big contradiction between the Immigration Law and the actual social context of the relations between two Nations...
